The Men’s Development Track will be based on a retreat model, it will be located at the AirTel Conference Center. Therefore, a “Brotherhood of Men” Retreat will model the ministry of reconciliation. It is designed to bring men together from various backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities, and create an environment where open and honest conversations can take place without fear of judgment. This is achieved by presenters who share the Word of God and themselves in such a way that attendees talk to each other about the struggles they have overcome and currently face. These conversations provide real spiritual healing and encouragement to strengthen men for the journey ahead. Once men experience this type of sharing, they look for and long for more opportunities to grow like this.
The Brother of Men Annual Conference was founded by Emanuel White, Sr., Minister of the Forest Hills Church of Christ, Fort Worth Texas.

Who is Emanuel White, Sr.?
Emanuel White, Sr. is the current minister of the Forest Hill Church of Christ where he has served for over 31 years. His passion for working with men grew out of his own need for improved relationship with his father. While healing from his personal wounds he found that most men were struggling with one or more wounds. E. White Ministries was formed to create a forum designed to specifically address manly issues in an environment that is most impacting. Since its conception in 2009, nearly 500 men from around the world have experienced the power of “men building men for the betterment of all mankind”.
Mission Statement
E. White Ministries was created to enhance the lives of individuals through practical application of God’s Word, by assisting men and women in the discovery that God’s word has solutions for all of life’s challenges, by providing empowering conferences, quality audio-visual training materials.
