Description: This workshop provides a practical vision of the role of the church under the cosmic rule of Christ in the world. Workshop 2: Compelling Preaching Workshop,
Description: As the church strives towards developing audiences of diversity and inclusiveness of the various age demographics, this workshop supported by the Lilly Foundation and sponsored through Pepperdine University seeks to cultivate practices among aspiring and active preachers that can help them to proclaim the gospel to a variety of audiences in more engaging and effective ways.
Facilitator: Dr. Mike Cope, preached for more than 35 years serving several congregations: Pine Valley Church of Christ in North Carolina, College Church of Christ in Searcy, and the Highland church of Christ in Abilene. He presently serves as Director of Church Relations in addition to directing Harbor, the Pepperdine Bible Lectures.
