PREACHER FORUMS

The Preacher Forum is aimed to equip today’s preachers, visionaries, and church leaders with the necessary tools that will enable them to understand the set times of the church. These times require men of God to take a vigilant approach to the Ministry of Christ in our ever-changing world. These workshops aims to enlighten preachers and leaders on strategic approaches to church development and practicums of leading congregations to health in ministry and mission.

WORSHIP MINISTRY TRAINING

As part of the church training and development forums, we are offering a series of Worship Ministry Training Workshops that will be conducted each evening in the Reseda church sanctuary before the nightly worship convocations. These sessions with be open to the general public. These sessions are aimed as equipping Worship Leaders and those involved in your church’s worship and music ministry with hands on tools and strategies to create powerful and meaningful worship experiences in any church musical context. Musical clinicians will walk you through comprehensive sessions that deal with all things related to excellence in musical worship, as well as providing feedback to foster improvements.

WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT

The Women’s Empowerment Track is designed to educate, equip, edify and empower women to serve in the local church and their community through vision, mission and ministry. Presenters will share the Word of God related to: Vision, where there is no vision the people perish; Mission, the purpose of Jesus Christ “the I came” message in Luke 4; Ministry, serving others as Jesus describes in Matthew 25. Special presentations and panels on the role of the woman in today’s church, will be featured along with a session on the purpose-driven life of women servants.

LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS

Each day, two Ideation Workshops are conducted in which face to face roundtable conversations are facilitated among preacher and leaders. The roundtable conversations in the first Ideation Workshop will be on sub-topics of the Crucial Conversation and facilitated by the assigned Panelists. The roundtable conversations of the second Ideation Workshop will be on the Theme Lectures and will be facilitated by the Keynote Speakers.

YOUTH & CHILDREN MINISTRY TRAINING

The Youth Ministry Track is aimed at enlightening, resourcing, and encouraging youth and children ministry leaders and workers in conducting effective outreach to youth in the church and community. The goal is to encourage the post-pandemic congregations to establish or re-establish effective youth and children ministries, provide for them relational support, and training aimed to increase the ministry worker’s competency and capacity for ministry. We encourage the churches to identify potential youth ministry leaders and workers to support for

this Youth Ministry Training as a first step investment in reaching the youth of your church and community.
